General Provisions <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The online store operating at <strong>www.alertbag.pl<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Store&#8221;) is run by the entrepreneur Karolina Zag\u00f3rska\u2011Ciechan, conducting business under the name:<br \/>\n<strong>Alertbag Karolina Zag\u00f3rska\u2011Ciechan<\/strong>,<br \/>\nul. Uznamska 26,<br \/>\n03\u2011699 Warszawa,<br \/>\nNIP 5243058054,<br \/>\nREGON 543444274<br \/>\nkontakt@alertbag.pl<br \/>\n(hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Seller&#8221;). <\/li>\n<li>The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, the conditions for placing orders and concluding sales agreements, payment methods, delivery, the procedure for withdrawing from the contract, and the complaint submission process.<\/li>\n<li>Before placing an order, the Customer should read the content of the Terms and Conditions; placing an order signifies acceptance of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>The Store conducts retail sales of products presented on the website exclusively within Poland, unless the offer states otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 2. Definitions <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the Store, in particular places an order and concludes a sales agreement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity within the meaning of Article 22<sup>1<\/sup> of the Civil Code. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong> \u2013 Alertbag Karolina Zag\u00f3rska\u2011Ciechan, identified in \u00a7 1 sec. 1.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Store<\/strong> \u2013 an online service available at www.alertbag.pl, through which the Seller presents product offers and enables Customers to place orders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goods\/Product<\/strong> \u2013 a movable item offered by the Store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales Agreement<\/strong> \u2013 a distance sales agreement for Goods concluded between the Customer and the Seller.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong> \u2013 this document.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 3. Rules for using the Store and placing orders <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Orders can be placed via the online form available on the Store&#8217;s website. A prerequisite for order fulfillment is the correct completion of the form, including providing a phone number and email address, and consenting to the use of this data for order fulfillment. <\/li>\n<li>The ordering process includes:\n<ul>\n<li>selecting the Goods and clicking the &#8220;Add to cart&#8221; button,<\/li>\n<li>proceeding to the cart and filling out the order form with contact and address details,<\/li>\n<li>choosing the delivery and payment method,<\/li>\n<li>accepting the Terms and Conditions and submitting the order, which constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>After placing an order, the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation via email. The sales agreement is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. <\/li>\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from fulfilling an order if the Customer violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 4. Prices and Payment Methods <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>All product prices listed on the Store&#8217;s pages are gross prices expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.<\/li>\n<li>The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order. In the event of a pricing error, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer; the order will be fulfilled after obtaining the Customer&#8217;s consent to the price change. <\/li>\n<li>The Customer can choose one of the following payment methods:\n<ul>\n<li>cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) \u2013 only within Poland,<\/li>\n<li>bank transfer \u2013 after placing an order, the Customer will receive a bank account number to which the appropriate amount should be transferred; the order is fulfilled after the payment is credited,<\/li>\n<li>fast electronic transfer via a payment operator (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24) \u2013 fulfillment begins after payment confirmation by the operator,<\/li>\n<li>card payment or PayPal system \u2013 if made available by the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the case of bank transfer payment, the Customer should make the payment within 7 days from the date of concluding the agreement. Failure to pay within this period may result in order cancellation. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Seller proceeds with order fulfillment after confirming that the order form has been correctly completed and after receiving payment (if prepayment was selected).<\/li>\n<li>Order fulfillment time is usually 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. In case of product unavailability, this time may be extended; the Seller will inform the Customer of the earliest possible fulfillment date and allow for order cancellation. <\/li>\n<li>Goods are delivered via postal operator or courier company. The Store delivers within the Republic of Poland; delivery conditions outside Poland are determined individually. <\/li>\n<li>Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer during the order placement process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 6. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns) <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>A Customer who is a Consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. The Seller may voluntarily extend this period; information about a longer period (e.g., 30 days) will be placed on the Store&#8217;s website. <\/li>\n<li>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a relevant statement to the Seller (e.g., send an email or letter). A sample withdrawal form may be available on the Store&#8217;s website. <\/li>\n<li>The customer must send returned items to the address:<br \/>\n<strong>Alertbag Karolina Zag\u00f3rska\u2011Ciechan<\/strong>,<br \/>\nul. Uznamska 26,<br \/>\n03\u2011699 Warsaw, <\/li>\n<li>The Customer is obliged to return the goods in an unchanged condition immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer, unless the Seller indicates otherwise. <\/li>\n<li>The Seller will refund the payments received from the Customer within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method as used by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 7. Complaints and Liability <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Seller is responsible to the Customer for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular Article 556 and Articles 556<sup>1<\/sup>\u2013556<sup>3<\/sup> of the Civil Code.  <\/li>\n<li>In the event of a defect in the goods, the Customer may submit a complaint, specifying their request (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract). Complaints can be submitted in writing to the Seller&#8217;s address or via email. <\/li>\n<li>The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The Customer will be notified of the outcome of the complaint in a manner corresponding to the method of complaint submission. <\/li>\n<li>In the scope of providing electronic services (account management, newsletter), the Seller takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security risk.<\/li>\n<li>If a product needs to be returned, the customer must send it to the address:<br \/>\n<strong>Alertbag Karolina Zag\u00f3rska\u2011Ciechan<\/strong>,<br \/>\nul. Uznamska 26,<br \/>\n03\u2011699 Warsaw, <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 8. Personal Data Protection <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The administrator of Customers&#8217; personal data is the Seller. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling complaints, and \u2013 with the Customer&#8217;s consent \u2013 for marketing purposes. <\/li>\n<li>The Seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). The Customer has the right to access their data, to correct it, and to request the cessation of its processing.  <\/li>\n<li>Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the privacy policy available on the Store&#8217;s website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 9. Final Provisions <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Agreements concluded via the Store are concluded in Polish and in accordance with Polish law.<\/li>\n<li>In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. <\/li>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Store&#8217;s website and may be amended. Customers will be informed of changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting a new version on the Store&#8217;s website.
